MAG and Formuler boxes connect with a portal URL linked to your box's MAC address.
- A MAG box (520, 540 or similar) or a Formuler
- The MAC address from the sticker underneath
- Your box connected to the internet
- The portal URL we send on WhatsApp
- Your TV remote

Set up your MAG box portal in 4 steps
Send us your MAC address first so we can link it to your account, then follow these steps.

Step 1: Locate the MAG box MAC address activation details on the bottom sticker
Turn the box over and find the MAC address on the sticker, starting with 00:1A:79. Send a photo of it to us on WhatsApp so we can activate it.

Step 2: Go to System settings and select Servers
On the MAG home screen, open Settings > System settings > Servers > Portals.

Step 3: Enter the portal name and the MAG 520 portal URL setup link
In Portal 1 name, type a name such as IPTV Firestick. In Portal 1 URL, enter the portal URL we sent you on WhatsApp exactly as written.

Step 4: Save settings and reboot to finish your MAG box IPTV portal setup in Ireland
Press OK to save, go back and choose Restart portal or reboot the box. Your channels load automatically.
MAG 520 portal URL setup
The MAG 520, 522, 524 and 540 all use the same menu. Use the Portals screen under Servers and enter the URL exactly, including any slash at the end.

Formuler MYTVOnline portal setup Ireland
Formuler boxes use the MYTVOnline 2 or 3 app instead of the MAG menu.
- Open MYTVOnline and go to Connections
- Choose Add portal
- Enter a name and the portal URL we send you
- Save and select the portal to load channels
MAG box MAC address activation
The portal only works once your MAC address is activated on our side. Always send the MAC before entering the portal URL, and double-check every character.
Stalker portal setup MAG box
Our MAG portal uses the Stalker middleware, so it works on MAG boxes, Formuler and any app that supports a Stalker or MAC portal.
Formuler Z11 Pro Max IPTV configuration and other boxes
These boxes support our portal. Formuler Z11 Pro Max, Z10 and Z8 use MYTVOnline; MAG boxes use the built-in portal menu.

MAG box portal loading error fix and server portal connection issues
Try these fixes first. If the portal still won't load, send us a photo of the screen on WhatsApp.
Portal won't load
Check the portal URL is typed exactly, including the slash at the end, and that we have activated your MAC address. Then restart the portal.
Server unavailable
Restart the box and your router, check the internet connection in the box's network settings, and try again after a minute.
Wrong MAC address
Send us a clear photo of the sticker. MAC addresses start with 00:1A:79 on MAG boxes, and one wrong character stops the portal working.
Old firmware
Update the box first: open Settings, Software update, choose HTTP and start the update.

How do I enter the portal URL on a MAG 520 or MAG 540 box?
Go to Settings, System settings, Servers, Portals. Enter a portal name and paste the portal URL we sent you into Portal 1 URL, then save and restart the portal.
Where can I find the MAC address on a MAG box or Formuler device?
On a MAG box it's printed on the sticker underneath and starts with 00:1A:79. On a Formuler, open MYTVOnline and look under Connections or the box information screen.
How do I set up MYTVOnline2 or MYTVOnline3 on Formuler Z11 Pro Max?
Open MYTVOnline, go to Connections, choose Add portal, enter a name and the portal URL we send you, then save and select it. Send us the MAC address first so it's activated.
What should I do if my MAG box is stuck on 'Your vision is blocked' or 'Server unavailable'?
These messages usually mean the MAC address isn't activated yet, the portal URL has a small mistake, or the connection dropped. Check the URL, restart the box and router, and message us a photo of the screen so we can check your MAC.
Do I need to register my MAG box MAC address before entering the portal URL?
Yes. Send us the MAC address first. We activate it on our side, and then the portal URL will load your channels.
How do I update firmware on a MAG box before setting up IPTV?
Open Settings, then Software update, choose the HTTP update method and start the update. Keep the box powered on until it restarts.
